Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the same product that you see in the picture. We take great care to ensure that our product images are accurate and up-to-date. Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt in your account dashboard. Simply log in to your account and go to the "Orders" section. There you will find a list of all your orders and their details. Click on the order number that you want to view and you will see your sales receipt. You can also download or print your sales receipt from there. How can I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jaina Ventures. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please make sure that the item is in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags and labels attached. To initiate a return, please visit our returns page and follow the instructions. You will need to provide your order number and email address to start the process. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.

Will you restock items as "out of stock?"
